We provide a range of hosting offerings to meet the varying needs of social science research projects. While the scope and features of our various offerings differ, they all are backed by our fault-tolerant infrastructure, our best-practices design, and our highly skilled technical staff. Our offerings include:
- Collaborative Services - At the entry level, we provide an array of hosted services to facilitate collaboration and publication. Offerings in this category include Email Hosting and Web Hosting. In addition to mailing lists and websites, we also can provide reliable, accessible storage through our File Sharing offering.
- Research Data Hosting - We also provide long-term hosting for research data and results through the IQSS Dataverse Network (http://dvn.iq.harvard.edu/dvn/). The Dataverse Network repository enables researchers to store social science data easily in a citation-ready format, enabling others to review and replicate experimental results quickly and reliably.
- Physical Hosting - If the Research Computing Environment does not meet your computing needs, we can provide colocated hosting for your computer systems. Our technical staff monitor and maintain an optimal physical environment for high-performance computing, and also can offer recommendations concerning hardware purchases.
