Updated RBuild

HMDC is happy to announce an update to RBuild, an autmoatic R package publication mechanism.  This update features many enhancements to the notification system as well as improved support for automatic CRAN uploads.  An overview of RBuild's functionality is available via Automating R Package Builds Summer 2009.
